BaseLine sanitary plate heat exchangers provide the best capacity at the best price in cases where high standards of hygiene and exceptional thermal efficiency are in focus.

BaseLine gasketed plate heat exchangers are designed for the efficient yet gentle heating and cooling of sensitive substances in processes where hygiene is crucial.
They are widely used in dairies, breweries and in beverage production, as well as in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, personal care products and foodstuffs.
They are often used in processing milk/cream, beer, clarified fruit juices, wine and sugar concentrates, as well as a broad spectrum of other low-viscosity food products.

Units in the BaseLine range are designed to operate at pressures of up to 10 bar (145 psi) and at operating temperatures of 150°C (PED).
They are extremely versatile because they are easy to modify for new duties and applications, if and when patterns of demand change or it becomes desirable to process new products.

The BaseLine range currently consists of the Base 3, 6 and 10 models, as well as the larger-capacity Base 11 unit, featuring the TL10B plate design.
